Sometimes you don’t realise what’s happening until it’s too late.

Welcome to Dr Alyssa’s Case Book, which I present as a series of short stories or articles.  This format will enable me to highlight particularly common problem areas that I know a lot of women will relate to and because telling a story will also help to convey a more personal experience.  We will look at stories of menopause, HRT, PMS, migraines, depression, stress, undetected thyroid problems and cystic ovaries, quite a common reproductive problem.  

So this book is really a weird mix of being a fiction and non-fiction book!  I hope you enjoy reading it and will perhaps recognise your own hormone health story!
